Melanie Young is an Escrow Officer at the TITLE AGENCY who has been part of the Arizona escrow industry since 2003. Born and raised in Arizona, Melanie began her career as an Escrow Assistant, advanced to Junior Escrow Officer, and has built more than two decades of hands-on experience handling every aspect of the escrow process.

A defining element of Melanie’s career has been the depth of her mentorship. Working alongside the same escrow officer for more than 23 years, she developed a thorough and nuanced understanding of the industry, the kind of knowledge that only comes from sustained, experienced guidance over time. That foundation shows in how she approaches every file: with precision, care, and genuine investment in the outcome.

Outside the office, Melanie enjoys camping, fishing, and spending time with her husband. She treasures her family deeply, including her daughter, son-in-law, and grandson in Hawaii, and another daughter in South Carolina.
