We collect nonpublic personal information (NPI) and other information about you to provide title and escrow services. NPI includes personally identifiable financial information that is not publicly available.

• Transaction and property information (e.g., real estate records, escrow details);

• Other information required to provide Services or comply with legal obligations.

How Do We Collect Your Information?

We collect information:

1. Directly from you (e.g., through applications, forms, or Communications);

2. Automatically when you interact with our Sites (e.g., through cookies or usage data); and

3. From Third Parties (e.g., lenders, real estate agents, credit reporting agencies, public records, or government entities).

• Provide and manage requested Services (e.g., processing title insurance, escrow transactions); 

How Do We Share Your Information?

We do not sell your personal information or NPI.

We comply with the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and Arizona insurance privacy laws (A.R.S. Title 20, Chapter 11), which strictly limit sharing of NPI. We only share information as permitted by law, including: 

• With your consent or at your direction; 
• With affiliates and subsidiaries (e.g., for operational purposes, but limited under Arizona law to necessary marketing or servicing with confidentiality agreements); 
• With nonaffiliated Third Parties:
• To service providers who assist us in providing Services (e.g., underwriters, escrow agents, vendors), under contracts requiring confidentiality and prohibiting further disclosure;

We do not share NPI with nonaffiliates for marketing purposes without your consent, and we limit affiliate sharing accordingly. How Do We Store and Protect Your Information? We take commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, in compliance with GLBA Safeguards Rule and industry standards (including ALTA Best Practices). These include encryption, access controls, employee training, and secure data storage. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats.
