Ryan earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead, then began his financial career in the early 2000s with a Legacy Bank. He later joined a Regional Community Bank in Scottsdale, Arizona, where, during his tenure, the bank grew from approximately $650 million to $2 billion in assets.

Raised in the industry, with a father who was a licensed real estate agent for 33 years, Ryan learned the business grind from the ground up. Banking, Lending, Home Building and Brokering.  Some of his earliest memories are of sitting at open houses with his dad on Sundays, watching football in between greeting visitors.

Beyond business, Ryan remains closely connected to his roots. His mother, Audrey, still resides in North Dakota. His sister Shanna and nephew Kirby live in Minnesota.  Ryan lives in Arizona with his wife, Ari, and daughter, Avery.
