Lisa is the lender you call when everyone else said no. With nearly 30 years in mortgage lending, she works in the space where deals get genuinely difficult: jumbo mortgages, complex commercial and development financing, and self-employed borrowers whose income doesn't fit a standard mold.
From 2009 to 2024, she worked in private banking with ultra-high-net-worth clients at some of the country's most prestigious institutions, managing a book of mortgage closings exceeding $500MM in the last decade alone.
Her approach to a hard file starts with a simple question: is there actually a structure here that nobody took the time to solve? Most of the time, the answer is yes. She's selective by design. She only takes deals she knows she can close. And when Lisa says she can close it, she'll close it.
Originally from Traverse City, Michigan, Lisa learned to balance the books on an adding machine in her grandfather's antique store, and she's been finding the path through the numbers ever since. Outside of work, she's a dog mom and a real mom who recharges with long walks and infrared saunas, and puts serious energy into making her home exactly what she wants it to be.
