Since beginning her career in escrow in 1994, Tricia has earned a reputation as a trusted problem-solver and client advocate who brings both deep expertise and a calm, reassuring presence to every closing she handles.

Over three decades, Tricia has developed expertise across residential resales and complex investment closings, always with the same commitment: deliver clarity, peace of mind, and a closing experience worth celebrating.
